Causes
Hair, string, and other debris can often wrap around the brushes, making it harder to spin or stop spinning completely. To clean it:
- Flip the vacuum upside down and remove the main brush cover.
- Remove the main brush and use a cleaning tool to remove any dust and debris on the brush.
- Remove end caps and remove anything tangled around the brush axil on both sides.
- Clean the inside of the brush housing as well.
- Reinsert the brush securely and ensure it clicks into place.
- Reinsert the brush cover, making sure the pins go into the top slots and the cover clicks into place.
For the side brush
- Hold the brush down and remove the screw holding it down.
- Clean the brush and remove anything that might be tangled.
- Screw the brush back in.
