ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro Buttons are Unresponsive

If none of the buttons respond, the battery might have completely run out of power. Try charging your controller and if it still doesn't work, follow this guide to replace the battery.

The joystick doesn’t click and drags during gameplay. If the joystick is not responding, first make sure the joystick is clean. Use isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab to clean the area. If these problems continue, go to the settings on the console and make sure that the joysticks are calibrated. If the joystick is still not functioning, make sure the joystick cover does not have any physical damage. If the battery is still working but you're unable to charge it, the charging port could be dirty or damaged and you're unable to charge the controller. This guide is for a different device but has excellent instructions for cleaning the charging port. If you've cleaned it and it's still not working, it may be damaged or defective and it will need to be replaced. Since the charging port is soldered to the motherboard, you will need to replace it following the motherboard replacement guide.
