Background
The Asus VivoBook X540SA has 500GB of internal storage. The chiclet keyboard and HD display allow easy typing and navigation. This laptop features built-in stereo speakers with SonicMaster technology, as indicated by the SonicMaster logo on the top right hand corner of the keyboard. It also features a built in web-cam along the top bezel.
On the left side of the device there are two USB ports in addition to HDMI, mini-VGA, and an ethernet port. The right side of the device has a disk drive.
The Asus VivoBook X540SA has had a history of over heating in the past, which has caused a common need for repairs. The 4GB of RAM is soldered to the board, making user upgrades impossible.
