No it is not repairable. The common fault here is an internal short on a unique chip to the device—the Qualcomm baseband CPU. This chip can not be replaced, however the phone can be made to boot once for data recovery with a donor chip. It can’t be a phone again.

There is of course a chance that you do not have the common fault—there are lots of other problems that produce the fairly generic error of 4013 “I don’t feel good” but the common fault is so prevalent it would be hard to even find any microsolderer willing to look at it. We would only address a phone with this presentation for data recovery, not for repair.

HI

First thank you for answering. i forgot to mention that when it boots after the apple logo disapper a line of white pixels appears and then the device boot again so mabe it is a screen problem ? (the screen was replaced 3 times and is not original).

Then it is definitely the baseband CPU fault and not repairable. This is not a screen problem. If you wanted to "prove" it to yourself you could probe around with a multimeter until you found the exact shorted line, likely one of the SMP lines going from baseband power management to the qualcomm baseband cpu chip. You would have to google and then download schematics and boardview software, find those lines, and confirm with your multimeter on the backside of the logic board that they are short.

This is a really common problem and it's a design flaw with the same underlying biology of the similar rampant problem causing touch disease in the iPhone 6plus.

If you needed DATA trapped on the device we could get it to boot once with a donor CPU, but it can't be a phone again.

it could be repairable but it depends who you send it to, it would need to be a microsolderer that has access to a nand programmer incase its a nand issue, but it could be anything

No--this is internal short within the baseband CPU--classic presentation.

jessa, i seen the guy from australia do touch ic think it was the same issue, that was the title of the video but didnt look like a touch ic.

by

@tech_ni That doesn't make any sense. There is no touch ic in iPhone 7 plus and this is a clear presentation of internal short of baseband CPU. It is a waste of time to advise anyone to put any time or resources into repairing this phone, it is 100% no fix. Go complain to Apple about their design flaw.
