My iPhone did turn on or charge
i have charged my iPhone six on DC , after that not it take charge not turn on,,
please provide me the proper guideline

Verify you are using a working cable and charger. then make sure charging port is not clogged with debris, clean it out. Try charging again... If it does not work after cleaning and using known good charger and cable, verify you have a good battery and the charging port is not damaged. If all of the above do not work, it may need board level repair to the U2 IC Chip

Check for dirt in the charging port as Micheal says, its very usuall.
But if it did charge before I would test a hard reset, home button and on/off (power) button the same time up to a minute (let go if the apple logo shows up).
If that dosent work, I would start with disconnect the battery and try to charge it and see if it tries to boot.
sometimes when the battery has a problem and dies it dosent show any respons not even charging symbol.
if that works then change battery.

if theres no change test an other charging port to see if it charges or not, if it dosent it may be a U2 problem as Micheal says.
