How to Remove iPhone passcode lock without updating iOS version

I have an iPhone 6 on iOS 9 that I forgot the passcode to. The phone is not stolen, it is clean IMEI and it has no iCloud lock. The phone is not logged into iCloud so I cannot wipe it like that. I've had this phone since it came out and I lost it a while back and I just recently found it. I just need some help if anyone knows how to get rid of the passcode lock without updating to the latest iOS version because I want to keep it on iOS 9. I don't mind losing everything on it, just if I can get access to the phone without updating to latest iOS version. Please, any help would be great.

The main goal is to restore and/or remove the passcode lock without updating.

There are only ways to remove passcode from iPhone device. You can reset your passcode when synchronized with iTunes but this method will erase everything and settings on your device and should be used cautiously.

another ways is try iPhone screen locker program to remove passcode without losing data.

I've not tried the following, but see if you can create a backup to Itunes (Create an account if you don't have one). Then follow these steps and let me know if you try and it works or what solution you have done to accomplish what you are trying to do.

You have to be able to read and follow the directions:

"When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore."

The old iOS link is here:

http://www.iclarified.com/750/where-to-d...

On a PC you hold Shift and click restore to select the iOS file you downloaded from here.

On a Mac you hold Option.

However, you may not be able to accomplish this. iOS 9 signing servers have been shut down long ago. Unless you saved SHSH blobs using Tiny Umbrella https://tinyumbrella.org/, you may be out of luck.

Hello, maybe you can try taking advantage of Siri bug. It will not update iOS version and the data will not be lost, but the success rate is not high. You can have a try. Here is how:

Step 1: Hold the Home button on your device to activate Siri;

Step 2: Ask Siri "what is the time now?", and Siri will display a clock icon. Tap on the icon and press "+" button to add another clock to the list;

Step 3: Now enter any text on the search bar and select them. Choose "Share" from the options and click the "Message" to open a new window. On the "To" field, type some words and press the return key;

Step 4: Next press the "+" icon to open a new interface and choose "Create New Contact" > "Add Photos" > "Choose Photo" to browse your album and get a photo. Wait a second and hit the Home button to exit the screen. Now you can get into your iPhone normally.
