Why is new memory instalation not working?
Just installed memory upgrade 1gb, and when I start computer screen stays black and two bells ring.
Is this a good question?

According to Apple you have incompatible memory. I am including a link to the Apple startup guide. Ralph

This is a known issue with the Powerbook G4. Apple has offered some repairs but still denies the problem.
