Where can I get Mac OS X

Can MacBook handle v.10.6 i have an intel core duo 183ghz. Where can i get a harddrive, are all internal harddrives the same as windows and mac?

Any SATA 2.5" 9.5mm drive will work on this machine. And yes, your machine does support Snow Leopard being that it's an intel based MAC.
