Did you try holding down the mouse/trackpad button on startup? Are there any noises from the drive?

The ultraslim (9,5mm) drives build into these machines are notorously prone for failure. If you have to dismantle it take extreme care. Only hold the drive by its sides, never push the cover.

well, two things:

you can wait, when booting up, for about a minute, if it doesnt boot up, Mac will spit the disk out automaticaly.

or, (as i did) you can dismantle Mac, take the drive out, open it up and force that disk out... it did work for me, and the drive works the same...

When booting up, try pressing and holding option until what you can boot off of shows up. Then press the Eject key on the top right corner of your keyboard. If nothing happens, that means your DVD drive is busted, and since there is no mechanical eject button (not available on slot-loaded drives) you have to take out the drive, then take out the disc.

Or you can take it to the Apple Store, reserve an appointment with the genius bar and they can do it (Not sure what method they do though)
