You already tried holding down the mouse button, spacebar, eject button at startup with no luck??
The get an old CD/DVD and some thin double sticky tape (like scotch tape ~3/4in wide).
Put a couple of strips close together on one end of the CD/DVD, you are going to boot your macbook, firmly hang on to the CD/DVD and put it half way into the slot TAPE SIDE DOWN.
You want to try to snag the mini disc with the tape, so that you can pull it out.
I've done this with the old Slot Loading iMacs...
The only other way I know of to remove such a disc is to teardown the laptop remove the optical drive, remove the cover from the optical drive and lift the mini disc out manually.
Good Luck,
N.

Machead's answer is brilliant, and probably works better then mine.
but if you don't happen to have 2 face tape handy...
The (x) bride once put a mini-disk in her slot loading iMac DV.
I turned it slot down and hit eject to open the gate. I was then able to fish the disk out with tweezers.
As Machead said, good luck.

Thank you, I combined machead 3 and marcucco together and the mini peeked out of the slot so I could grab it. Worked like a charm.

Also you could try using a drafting triangle ,if your disk semi-goes out ,once you have pressed the eject key you wait for it to star going out and use the lever method and slightly pushing the triangle inward.
Thats how i pulled out the cd-s out of my 24" mac 2006 till i got bored and replaced the optics all together :))
