Shark ION RV754 Does Not Power On

You might see some error lights appear on your vacuum. Based on what error lights you see, take the following steps:

• No Lights: Power might be turned off, or the battery might not have a charge. Turn the power switch on, and if the problem persists, place it on the charging dock. If the problem continues after that, try replacing the battery and/or charging dock.
• Dock + !, flashing together: Ensure that you have put the vacuum on the charging dock to charge. If the problem persists, you might need to replace the charging dock.

The battery within the vacuum might not be charging properly. Ensure that the battery is receiving a charge by removing the battery and then placing it back in after a few seconds.
