Nokia 105 4G Audio Issues
Speaker muffled/audio output failure Nokia 105 4g has terrible sound quality or doesn't produce sound.
Blockage/corrosion in speaker area
Inspect the external speaker opening for dust, lint, or other debris that may be blocking the sound. Also check for any signs of corrosion, especially if the phone has been exposed to moisture.
Clean the speaker area gently with a soft brush, compressed air, or a dry cotton swab. Do not push debris further into the phone and avoid using excessive liquid during cleaning prosses.

Test and replace components
After disconnecting these components, inspect the speaker and contact pads for visible damage. If possible, test the speaker with a multimeter or replace it temporarily with a known working part.
If the speaker is damaged or still does not work after cleaning and reconnection, replace the faulty speaker or audio components.
Reassembly
After cleaning, reconnecting, testing, or replacing the necessary parts, carefully reassemble the phone. Make sure all components are properly seated and secured before closing the device.
Turn the phone back on and test the audio output to confirm whether the issue has been resolved.
