Causes
Remove the phone's back plate by applying force and sliding it down. Remove the battery. Ensure there is no swelling or physical damage to the battery. If swelling or physical damage is present, do not continue to use the battery. If no swelling or physical damage is present, put the battery back in, ensuring it is properly aligned. Put the back plate back on and attempt to power on the phone.
Use a different USB-C cord with the same charging brick to charge the phone for 5-10 minutes, then attempt to power on. If this doesn't work, change out the charging brick for another 5-Watt charging brick. Allow the device to charge for 5-10 minutes, then attempt to power on.
