GameSir X2 Pro Not Connecting to Phone

Your GameSir might not support the game you are trying to play. To ensure the controller supports your games, download the “GameSir” application to check the list of games provided. To do so, you need to go to the app’s application on your phone and type “GameSir” in the search bar. Choose the e on the GameSir application and click install. Once the app is downloaded, you can open it and check the game options.

Your phone might not be correctly plugged into the GameSir port. Try unplugging the phone and plugging it back in.

If the device is still not recognized by phone, there might be an issue with the plug, consider buying a new plug and refer to our Plug Replacement Guide to learn how to replace it.

Check to see if your plug is loose or doesn’t appear to be connected correctly to the GameSir. If so, you will need to refer to our Plug Replacement Guide to learn how to take out your plug to either correctly connect it back in or replace it with a new one.
