Inspect the external speaker opening for dust, lint, or other debris that may be blocking the sound.

Clean the speaker area gently with a soft brush, compressed air, or a dry cotton swab. Do not push debris further into the phone. You may use 90% Isopropyl alcohol to dampen a cotton swab for additional cleaning, but avoid using excessive liquid so you don't get the internals wet.

Open the phone carefully and check that the speaker cable is securely attached. Follow the speaker guide to access the cable.

If the speaker cable is connected to the motherboard, the speaker itself may be damaged and will need to be replaced.
