Jabra Evolve2 65 No Bluetooth Connection

If your device that you want to pair with does not support Bluetooth connections with it, then you cannot connect the Jabra Evolve2 65 with it.

You should see an on/off button for Bluetooth connection, switch on the right earcup to the Bluetooth position and hold it there until the LED flashes blue. If you are wearing the headset, you will hear the pairing instructions. Finally, go to the Bluetooth menu on the device you’d like to connect the headset to, and select the Jabra Evolve2 65 from the list of available devices, and if prompted enter the PIN code shown on your device, and once pairing is successful, the LED light will turn solid blue.

Make sure the Jabra Evolve2 65 is not out of range when connecting to the device you want to pair it via Bluetooth as Bluetooth itself has a limited range, typically around 30 feet (10 meters). If devices are too far apart, the connection can become lost or unstable.

Bluetooth operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, which is also used by Wi-Fi, cordless phones, and other devices. Interference from these sources can disrupt the connections with the Jabra Evolve2 65. Also walls, metal objects, and other obstructions can also weaken or block the Bluetooth signal. Move the devices close together and try to eliminate any potential sources of interference.

Make sure both the Jabra Evolve2 65 and the device you want to pair have enabled Bluetooth, otherwise the connection will not work.

If you are having problems with connecting via Bluetooth on a PC, check for the latest drivers as older drivers might cause problems with connections and even prevent devices from connecting at all.

Try removing the device from the list of paired devices and then  re-pairing it.

As a last resort, you can try resetting your network settings on the device you want to connect to.

Make sure that both the device you want to connect to with the Jabra Evolve2 65 and the Jabra Evolve2 65 itself do not have low batteries as they can cause connectivity issues.

Check to see if both the device you want to connect to with the Jabra Evolve2 65 does not have any outdated software and bugs in the operating system as that can sometimes cause Bluetooth problems.
