Causes
If the headphones do not turn on the battery may be dead and must be charged
- Plug the USB charging cord into the right earcup and your computer USB port.
- Ensure that the headphones are holding a charge by checking for an LED indicator on the right earcup
LED status light meaning
- A solid green LED indicates the battery is full.
- A solid yellow LED indicates the battery is medium.
- A solid red LED indicates the battery is low.
- A flashing red LED indicates the battery is critically low.
If the charger is functional but the LED status light is not showing there is likely a problem with the headphone ports or battery.
If the charging cable falls out or the charging cable does not properly fit into the headphone charging port, the charging port is likely damaged
- Check the port for any bent edges that may be preventing the charger from making a secure connection
- If headphones only charge when the charger is in a specific position, replace the port
