DJI Mini 2 Not Charging

If the battery was recently used in a flight, the battery might be too warm to accept the charge. Let the battery cool down for a few minutes and try charging it again.

If the charger is unable to be used on any device, the charger may be broken and will need to be replaced.

If the charger is able to charge other products, the battery may be broken and will need to be replaced. Here is the link to our battery replacement guide.

If you replaced the battery and have a functional charger it is possible the motherboard needs to be replaced.
