If you're having issues pairing your Amazon Luna to another device via Bluetooth, follow this troubleshooting guide.

Causes

1

When pairing with a device, press and hold down the home button for 3 seconds until the LED turns orange. This orange animation indicates that it is in pairing mode. Refer to the Luna user manual for more LED indicators.

2

Make sure to use the Amazon Luna App on a compatible device to set up the controller for proper functionality with Luna services.

3

Not all devices & browsers are compatible with Luna Services and controllers. Check Amazon's approved list of devices to see if your device or browser is listed.

4

If none of the previous solutions work, try resetting the controller by pressing and holding both the home button and the menu button (three horizontal bars) simultaneously. Do this until the home button light turns orange, then continue holding until it turns purple. After the reset is complete, the home button light will turn orange again with a circling animation.
