Busted screen.
My Fix
First time, I got it all together, only to turn in on and find that the LCD screen was not touch sensitive. I had to let the phone die to reopened it, then went in and unattached all the circuits, paying special attention to the one that labeled "LCD sensor." When I turned it back on, all was working.
My Advice
