My Advice
I broke my iPhone 5 screen for the 3rd time in July and was reluctant to spend more money to fix it for a 3rd time. I switched to an iPhone 4 for about a week before finding out I could buy a screen off Ifixit.com for cheap and install it myself. My screen came in within a week. I followed the directions online and it was a breeze. If I break another screen(hopefully not) I will definitely buy one from here.
