The battery on the Macbook Air wasn't last longer than 10 minutes. The battery icon was also indicating to replace the battery.

This is indicated in the repair guide but the Macbook air does not use torx screw driver for the outside casing as well as for the battery

Batteries were broken due to age not loading cycles

As the 2011 Macbook Airs are not filled with glue (as the newer models) it just took the 2 right screw drivers and 15 minutes per device (a 11 and a 13 inch MB Air).

Very simple repair, just make sure you have a container for the little screws (which are of different lengths).

I suggest that as you take them out, you stick them to a piece of tape—that way they are easy to keep in order and not to lose.
