My MacBook Air won’t turn on

My Mac died after cleaning it and changing thermopaste. The LED on charger lights Green and then Orange. What should I do? Tried doing SMC and NVRAM reset but with no luck. The Orange indicator turns Green and then changes back to Orange.

When you say you cleaned it, what method did you use to do this?

Even without knowing all the details the first thing I would try is to see if you can get it to power on without the trackpad plugged in. It connects to the board with a small ribbon cable, which often causes power on issues for this model.
