Mac (A1466) 13 in. Troubleshooting

Trying to figure out why this laptop isnt turning on. When I plug it into the charger I get the orange light. I have tried all the keyboard combinations dont believe that has anything to do with it. So I know it is charging due to the light which means that one of the main power rails is working. The other main power rail the PP BUS g3 Hot main is also getting the correct 8.6V. So im not sure what is causing my issue. Need some guidance please. Dont see any damage on board. And fan does not turn on / make any noise whatsoever.

Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You need to check if all the other power rails are present on the board, starting with the S5 rails and working back through the S3 rails to the S) until you see what other rails are missing.

Is there any corrosion on the board?

Follow this guide to disconnect the battery MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 Battery Replacement following the guide to Step 3.

Now Press and hold the power button with nothing connected fo 15sec's. Now only plug in the MagSafe charger, your system should spontaneously startup, let it finish, then shut it down properly.

Reconnect the battery and restart the system using the battery alone did it stat up? If not you need a new battery (2nd battery) to finish testing.

Here with the fresh charged battery you should be able to start you system and now get a better view of things, install CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question so we can see how the charging logic is working when you plug in your MagSafe adapter.
