Touchscreen or software issue?

Hello!

I got iPhone 7 Plus 32GB A1784 with cracked screen. I changed screen to the new one and restore backup from my previous phone - iPhone 7 128GB.

While using phone, some part of touchscreen stops working. When I lock the phone and unlock - whole touchscreen works as normal (after 1-2 sec lags on screen).

Is it touchscreen issue or software?

Options

Probably calibration issue, if it is, you can only keep swapping screens until you find one more or less works.
