Are the these keyboards compatible?

I have a mid-2010 macbook pro, model number A1286, and bought a replacement keyboard for it that turns out to be for a 2009 Macbook pro with the same model number A1286. Before I go through the process of taking it all apart I wanted to know if these keyboards are the same?

I'm going to answer my own question here: I took the chance and went through the trouble to install the mid-2009 keyboard into my mid 2010 macbook pro and the keyboard works flawlessly! On reassembly I messed up and didn't fully align the LEDs on the the backlight strip so my backlighting's a bit funky. I'm not about to tear it back apart to fix it though!
