iPhone got wet... touch screen not working

My phone got dunked in a swimming pool. Everything seems to work except that the touch screen is not working. What can I do?

ok...got it working...i just unplugged and plugged a few things and the connection started working. Thanks!!!!

that what it does sound like, what you can do it manually buy the parts from eBay or here on the site. it's Easy
