Is this a good question?
After a heck of a lot of searching, here's what I found:
4sns refers to a thermal sensor acting up
1tb1t refers to one of the thermal sensors in your battery malfunctioning (weird, huh? I was surprised too)!
First, reset your PRAM/NVRAM (it's always a good first step to try).
If this doesn't work, replace your battery (which machine do you have? If you're not sure, use ID your Mac).

Congrats-I looked for some time and could not find it. Where did you find it? Ralph
hi. actually i don't have the battery in place when i did the test cause the battery needs to be replaced so i removed it. I already ordered a new battery and still wating for it as soon as i have it, i will run again the test and see if the problem is solved. thanks for your reply guys.

Googling this returns 0 results, sorry. Also, people can answer the question here rather than email you.

Couldn't find it at Apple support either. Ralph

@QE, usually googling these returns 0 results, you have to google parts of the code.

That's true but if this problem is recurring, someone else would have posted this same code online. Clearly though, they haven't.

No, these codes get posted online, but because of the format, with symbols such as colons, google interprets them as search operators and doesn't do a straight search of the whole string.
