How to open the battery itself?
I have ordered a replacement for my MacBook Rechargeable Battery. Despite it is an original one, the plastic is whiter than my MacBook body and more important: It doesn't fit quite properly. The plastic battery cover is on one place at the side a bit bumpy and sticks because of that out of the case a little. I find that myself rather ugly.
My idea is to exchange the exterior of the new battery pack with my old one. I saw 10 little M5 philips screws at the side so I unscrewed them, but then the hassle begins: What do they hold, and how do I separate the white plastic cover from the body?
I am curious to any solution.
Is this a good question?
