Why won't my phone turn on?
Phone was dropped then it turned off with a full battery. When pluged in or trying to turn it on only the dead battery sign and Apple sign flash on the screen. Then it goes back to nothing.
Is this a good question?

Hi Hagen
Try restoring the phone but you are going to lose all your data.
If restore doesn't help you may need to replace parts but it is hard to say what may have gone wrong with the phone and you will need to find if some part is broken or you have damaged the logic board.
First try restoring and then we can look for another solutions.
Good luck

How would a drop affect software? You can't solve a hardware defect with a software solution
You have to roll out software issue before you touch the hardware. I am not saying that the drop affect the software just suggesting trying to reset the software so we know it is nothing wrong with it. I do not know the history of the phone so it is best before all to reset it.
Have you tried resetting your iPhone?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
No data will be lost.
