iTunes now fails to load
Used iTunes last weekend,now no longer opens,message says not properly installed or corrupt

I found that an app that showed a little weather icon in the lower right menu bar prevented itunes from running. I discovered this by turning off services through taskmaker. Turn off all non windows services and try to run itunes again. Good luck.
