Hello,

This wifi grey for iPad 95% due to malfunction of wifi port/board "''something that connect the wifi cable network"it is small board in the main PCB. change this port/board and your problem solve like forever.http://postimg.org/image/tkrzc35nr/

@nimesh you need to get it from your local repair shop that have a spare for this 1. not sure if there any china supplier sold this.

Did you make sure you didn't cut the wifi cable? Saying that, cutting the cable usually doesn't cause it to be greyed out.

Did you restore because it was greyed out? That wouldn't solve a hardware issue.

You most likely cut the wifi cable upon removing the digitizer. This can be very difficult not to do. Pull the digitizer back up and inspect the cable that is screwed to the frame to the right of the home button. See attached picture for location.

You can't repair greyed out wifi with a new antenna, it's like replacing the tires when your car's engine won't start.

Try to disconnect the battery for one hour and then connect it again. Restore and everything should be cool.
