Liquid damage no LED on MagSafe No volt on power on pads

Macbook Air 1.6Ghz 8gb memory 6000HD year 2015 3 month old.

The macbook air was working and fell out occasionally.(liquid damage)

I have removed the logic board and have it thoroughly cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.

After cleaning, I put everything back in place and now nothing working more,

the MacBook will not start.

The LED light fire no longer on the magsafe.

and if I measure the input he gives around the 16v but the only place that gives no volt is power on the pads.

Now I want to know if someone can put me on the right direction.

Could it be that the power management chip is broken or something else.

What I am sure of until now.

Magsafe works 100%

screen works 100%

SSD works 100%

battery works and is 100% charged

Keyboard works 100%

wifi card 100%

Find schematic, measure for presence of PP3V42_G3H. If present, 821-1722 DC in board flex or connector will have a burned pin on PP3V42_G3H line. If not, then troubleshoot PP3V42_G3H not being present.

You will need to find a schematic and a boardview for your logic board number, along with a multimeter.
