White lines on screen and left part is irresponsive after reassembly

I've had a problem with my camera that it had dust on the lens. So I opened the case and cleaned the camera and put it back but then I found two white lines on screen and left part is irresponsive. Should I reopen it and check the screen connections or does it have to be replaced? I am afraid or reopening it I may damage something else.

I believe the screen assembly is damaged, since improperly seated cables *usually* lead to completely non-responsive screen.

Regardless, you should try and reseat the cables to make sure. There is little more you can damage if you only remove the screen. So turn you phone off. Remove ring/watch and stay away from synthetic garments to avoid ESD and electric shorts on the board. Follow this guide carefully to disconnect then reseat your screen. If your issue remains, order a new screen assembly and replace it.

Be extra careful not to pull on the screen cables, or on the screen assembly when the screen cables are connected. That's what causes the cables to be damaged and this is probably what happened with you.
