Upgrade of a Logic Board

Hi!

This is probably already answered but i cannot find a proper answer. I know it could be expensive but it's important to me to know the answer. It's possible to upgrade the logic board of this model to a more recent (2011,2012-not retina) logic board?

I'm really considering this option due to the fact that i got also a constant restarting (Probably NVIDIA CARD ISSUE) as well.

I'll appreciate your answer truthfully.

Options

You cannot cross model years. You could put the fastest '10 board in it…but not any other model year… screw holes and ports won't line up.
