Yes, it's possible. You need to prepare a new camera lens cover, glue and such repair tools as pentalobe screwdriver, suction cup and spudger in advance. Then remove the screen and other components around the camera lens as the guide from ifixit iPhone 5 Rear-Facing Camera Replacement

Next, you can push the camera lens cover from outside. It will be better if you have the Binding Buffer to deal with the glue under the camera lens cover. Oh, another attention: Be careful with your finger especially in case of cracking glass.

At last, you can place the new camera lens cover with glue.

Hi, I have the same problem. I follow your tutorial (it's very clear and easy) but i can't push the camera lens cover from outside. The lens don't move.
