No signal + rebooting + No change on battery
hey there, i'm currently having some problems with my iphone 5, at first i got my screen cracked, yet everything was working just fine, so i decided to give it a shot and try changing the LCD and the Digitizer, and order it online, the replacing went fine. the screen is working fine, but here is the issues that i'm facing:
1)the phone keeps rebooting it self every 5-10 mins (sometimes when its charging too)
2) the battery percentage wont change (even if i connected it to charger/laptop) unless it was rebooted.
3) the most important part is that i'm not getting ANY service at all, it keep searching for hours and mostly it says no service.
Here is what i tried from reading the other answers online to similar problems:
- Hard reset
- Reset the network settings
- unplug the battery and re-plugging it
- checked if my cellular antenna is missed placed or unplugged.
- tried the airplane mode/ the time and the date trick
- changing the carrier search from automatic to manual
- Called phone my provider and asked them to reset/refresh the network
And it is still rebooting and keep searching for the network and can't tell what the battery percentage is
P.S: phone is not jailbroken, was working just fine before the screen replacement...Wish i can re-use the old screen, but unfortunately it is not working anymore
Here what confuse me, when i go to Settings >General > About... I see T-mobile name next to the Carrier section. Meaning that SIM card reader can actually read the SIM information
Maybe you guys can help me with any suggestions or ideas that might help? I would really appreciate it
Is this a good question?
