Hello,

I was all set to replace the battery when I found that one of the screws inside the 4S was stripped (the philips head must have been tighter too hard and now I can not get it off...

Any advice about what my options are would be appreciated...

Thank you in advance...

Stripped screws always come off, no matter how frustrating. Try different tools, torx, phillips head of slightly bigger/smaller size, try using a dremel to make a tiny ledge so you can get some leverage. Get it to turn a bit and then use pliers. It seems impossible, but it will come off.
