Are there another other connections you took out other than the screen and battery?did you pry on the logicboard side of the battery to release it?

I'm not sure....the battery was REALLY hard to take out so maybe I did something there? Everything else on my phone is fine. Just can't get a signal. Is the logicboard underneath the battery?

by

There Is to long black cables that run up the side of the logicboard aswel and it has 2 connections at one end and 2 at the other make sure they are connected.

If they are then try a restore for your last attempt.

Failing that you have cause damage to the logicboard

I didn't. short answer long: I took it to an iPhone repair place and he said that I put everything back together correctly. In order for him to figure out the problem, I would've had to leave it overnight and was leaving town that night so luckily I had insurance on my phone and they just sent me a replacement phone. Have you been able to figure it out?

This is the same pry damage problem on the edge of the SIM card tray. Lots of similar posts on here lately. If you look under the black interconnect cables you will see some damaged components that need to be replaced. Not a huge problem, but you're probably best off to send this out for repair.
