I waited for it to dry for couple weeks. Powered it up, it booted fine seemed to work for about 20 minutes and then turned off by itself. I gave it sometimes and booted it up again it did the same thing. I can't figure what is going on. Can you help me out with some ideas?

You need to open it up and make sure its dry inside with no corrosion. After insuring everything's dry try booting with the battery out. Let me know how it goes. Ralph

Does it still turn itself off when connected to AC power?
