There was a green light on the right side, It seems that It was taking picture, everthing was looking normal. But there was no image on photo-booth when I pressed the button for shooting.
Later, I took the battery off an tried again, this time, there is forbidden camera sign in the screen.
What it the problem?

If you're talking of your integrated iSight camera check in the USB section of the system profiler to see if the iSight camera is seen by the computer. If not then you could have a failing webcam or a cable issue.
Try the usual troubleshooting stuff (PMU reset, PRAM reset, booting from another source and trying the camera, etc).

What type of camera? Has it worked on this computer before? Have you made any software system changes since it last worked? Go to the manufacturers' web site and download their latest software and also see if they have a troubleshooting area.
