Not turning off after water damage.

After in water of less than a second my iPhone 4S has no other problems than the fact that it won't turn off. When you hold the power than slide to shut down it comes back up 2 seconds later like it was reset, But it has not what should I replace.

Clean the iPhone charging port very thoroughly with Isopropyl Alcohol, use toothbrush, lint free cloth. The port is shorting, clean it. If still problem, consider replacing the iPhone dock assembly with the flex cable. I say consider, because this is not a big deal, I cannot remember the last time I kept my iPhone OFF.

You have to change the Power button flex. Inside this there is Speaker also and sensors also of light

Same problem here ! cant turn off and battery drain very fast, i just change my flex usb dock/mic connector and its all good!
