Turtle Beach Atom will not pair with phone

Causes

Restart Both Devices

Power off the Turtle Beach Atom and restart your phone. This clears temporary Bluetooth glitches that often block pairing.

Reset Bluetooth Connections

On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, locate Turtle Beach Atom, and select “Forget This Device.” Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then try pairing again.

Enter Proper Pairing Mode

Hold the Atom’s pairing button until the LED begins flashing rapidly. This indicates it’s discoverable. Then check your phone’s Bluetooth list for “Turtle Beach Atom.”

Check for Interference or Conflicts

Move away from Wi‑Fi routers, earbuds, or other controllers. Also make sure the Atom isn’t already paired to another device — if it is, disconnect it before trying again.
