The Camera is Obstructed

If the camera is recording but is showing a black screen, there might be an obstacle in the way. Make sure that nothing is obstructing either camera.

The SD Card Is Full

If the camera is not recording, it may be due to a full or corrupted SD card. You may need to clear up space on the SD card or replace the SD card with a new one. The TOGUARD C310 supports a micro-SD card, class 10 U3 speed, up to 128GB max.
