Alcatel 1B 2020 Touch Screen Not Responsive

Due to memory constraints, the phone tends to freeze after heavy use of applications. Power off the phone by holding down the power button for 15 seconds; this will power down the device and trigger a reset, allowing it to function properly.

Like many devices, the Alcatel 1B 2020 has storage limitations; a full storage condition can make the device run more slowly (laggy) or completely freeze the screen. Perform a reset by holding the power button down for 15 seconds; this will power the device off and close all applications. Power the device up, open the settings application, go to the storage settings, and select the “Free up Space” button to clear some storage.
