OnePlus 9 Pro Camera App Unresponsive

If the camera app is not updated, there is a possibility that the app will refuse to load.

To fix this:

• Open the Google Play Store and then click on your profile in the top corner of the screen.
• Select the 'manage apps and device' tab, then tap on updates available.
• If there is a pending update for the camera app, install it. Once installed, relaunch the app.

If your phones OS system is not updated, it can cause certain apps, like the camera app, to not launch.

To fix this:

• Open the settings app and scroll to the very bottom of the app.
• Click the green 'about device' button.
• The top of the page will have a blue box with a button that says 'view updates'
• Follow the instructions to install the new OS system if there is one available. The phone will automatically restart the phone once the update is complete.
• Open the camera app after the phone restarts.
