Kindle 10 Not Charging

Sometimes if the Kindle has been completely drained of battery it may take longer to recharge. Charge it for a longer period of time. Leave it in the charger for 24 to 48 hours.

Change the Micro USB cord that the Kindle 10 is used to charge with. Use a high-quality cable to maintain your Kindle 10.

It is possible the electrical outlet is faulty. Use a different outlet.

Make sure nothing is blocking the port. If you have a protective case, remove it to ensure a good connection with the charging adaptor. Keep the port clean and dust free.

Look for any dust or debris within the charging port. You can use a toothpick, soft brush, or compressed air to remove the debris.

Make sure the Kindle is secure and do not use it when charging. Moving it around may cause the charging connector to come loose. Check if this is the issue by gently moving it when charging. If the charging disconnects, the connector has come loose and needs adjustment.
