Causes
Make sure the device is plugged into an outlet. Ensure the outlet has power using either another appliance you know works or a tester if you have one. Make sure the power cord is not damaged in any way. Try hitting the on button again after checking all of these. If this still does not power on you may have a power supply issue and need to replace it to fix the issue. See power supply guide for further help.
Confirm there is water in the machine's tank and that it is fully filled up.
Make sure the machine is not leaking water from the tank.
Water line not properly attached
Reattach the water line and refill the tank.
Water line damaged

Water line clogged
Check to see if it is clogged and water cannot flow through
If it is clogged, try to flush the lines to clean them. If this does not work, you need to replace them. See water line replacement guide for further help.
