If your Cosori TurboBlaze does not seem to cook any of the food items placed in the basket properly, follow this troubleshooting guide.

First ensure that the power supply for the air fryer is accurate.

  • Make sure the air fryer is plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Avoid using extension cords as well since this can reduce the system’s power.

Causes

1
  • Confirm that the air fryer is preheating correctly. If it does not demonstrate it is preheating, consider resetting it.
2

Likely the next issue could be that the food items are not placed evenly in the basket.

  • To properly cook the food, place all the food items evenly in the basket to allow proper cooking.
  • Some food items may need to be flipped over to allow for both sides to cook properly.
  • Also make sure to not overfill the basket since this can lead to uneven cooking as well.
3
  • Inspect the heating element for all possible signs of food debris and grease. Clean it thoroughly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
4
  • If there is a possibility that the air fryer might not be calibrated appropriately, try using an external thermometer to check the internal food temperature. If there is a vast difference, consider recalibrating or replacing the thermostat.
5

Sometimes, the air fryer simply needs to be reset to resolve any internal issues.

  • Unplug the air fryer unit for a few minutes and then plug it back in.
6
  • Examine the air intake or exhaust vents for blockages.
  • Clean these areas as necessary for adequate air flow.
7
  • Unplug the air fryer and check inside the unit for loose or damaged wires.
  • Ensure all connections are secure before reassembling.
8

Another culprit could likely be that the insulation unit has been compromised.

  • Repair the insulation unit.
9

If all else fails, then the temperature control system may need to be repaired.

  • Replace the temperature control system.
