Causes
Visually inspect the charging cable for any physical damage. Look for damage to the connector, or a crimped/frayed part of the cable. If there are no signs of damage, plug the cable into a different device. If it still does not charge, the charging cable is broken and must be replaced.
If the speaker works while plugged in, the charging port and charging cable do not need replacement, and the speaker dies shortly after removing it from the charger; the battery must be replaced. Follow this guide to replace the battery in your speaker.
